Ms. Duffy's practice emphasizes business law, business bankruptcy law, and business litigation. She has been admitted to practice in the State of Washington, as well as all courts in the State of Hawaii and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Duffy graduated cum laude from Oregon State University, where she earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science. She later graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law (1999) where she earned a juris doctor degree.
Upon graduation, Ms. Duffy served as a law clerk to the Honorable C.C. Bridgewater, Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II, 2001-2002 and Commissioner Ernetta Skerlec, Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II, 2000-2001. Ms. Duffy also worked as an extern to the Honorable Marywave Van Deren, Washington State Superior Court, Pierce County. Ms. Duffy is a member of the Rotary Club of Downtown Honolulu and has served as the club's chair for International Service.
